1. Go to "Get Reviews" on the left side
2. Choose which channels to use (Email/SMS)
3. Scroll down to find "Automatic Reminders"
4. You'll see two options:
- 3-day reminder
- 7-day reminder
5. For each reminder:
- Click the toggle to turn it on
- Customize the message
