When Reviews Aren't Showing Up

If you've connected a platform but don't see your reviews, here's exactly what to do:

1. First, check your connection:

  • Go to Settings > Integrations
  • Look for a green check at the upper right corner of the platform you integrated
  • If it's not green, click "Integrate" again
  • Follow the login steps

2. If the connection shows green but reviews are missing:

  • Go to Settings > Integrations
  • Click "Edit" below the review platform you integrated
  • Look for the refresh button at the upper right corner of the platform
  • Click it to manually update
  • Wait 5 minutes for the update to complete

3. If reviews still don't appear:

  • Check if you're logged into the correct business account
  • Verify you have reviews on that platform
  • Confirm the date filter isn't limiting what you see
