If you've connected a platform but don't see your reviews, here's exactly what to do:
1. First, check your connection:
- Go to Settings > Integrations

- Look for a green check at the upper right corner of the platform you integrated

- If it's not green, click "Integrate" again
- Follow the login steps

2. If the connection shows green but reviews are missing:
- Go to Settings > Integrations

- Click "Edit" below the review platform you integrated

- Look for the refresh button at the upper right corner of the platform
- Click it to manually update

- Wait 5 minutes for the update to complete
3. If reviews still don't appear:
- Check if you're logged into the correct business account
- Verify you have reviews on that platform
- Confirm the date filter isn't limiting what you see
