Testing Your Setup

Let's make sure everything is working:

1. Click "Reviews" on the left side

2. You should now see:

  • Your business name at the top
  • A list of reviews (if you have any)
  • The platform icons for connected services

If you don't see your reviews:

1. Wait 15 minutes

2. If you wish to refresh the reviews immediately, you can manually update each integrated platform:

  • Go to "Settings" and click on "Integrations"
  • Select the platform that you want to update and click "Edit"
  • Click the update icon in the top right corner

3. If still nothing appears, double-check:

  • Did you use the correct Google account?
  • Did you click "Allow" on all permission requests?
  • Do you have reviews on that platform?
