1. Look at the left side of your screen
2. Click on "Reviews"
3. You'll now see all your reviews in one list
4. Each review shows:
- The customer's name
- Number of stars they gave
- Their written comment
- Which platform it came from (like Google or Facebook)
- When they left the review
To find specific reviews, use these simple filtering tools:
1. Look at the right side of your screen
2. You'll see several filter options:
- Type in the search box to find specific words
- Click "Assessment" to filter by star rating
- Click "Type" to filter public reviews, private reviews, and video testimonials
- Click "Answer" to filter answered and unanswered reviews
- Click "Date" to see reviews from a specific time
