Prevent negative public reviews by offering private feedback options:
1. Go to "Review Link"
2. Enable "Star filter"
3. Select the star rating threshold which customers will be redirected to leave private feedback
4. This will now:
- Catch low ratings before they're public
- Ask for private feedback instead
- Collect contact information
- Let you respond privately
5. Click “Edit” and find the "Negative Experience" page to check the template
6. You can update the message displayed on the page by clicking on the edit icon
